Computer Warranty
Lifetime Computer Warranty Contract
This Lifetime Computer Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Dreaming3D ("Dreaming3D") to the original purchaser ("Customer") of a computer system purchased directly from the Dreaming3D.
By accepting this Warranty, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Coverage
This Warranty covers the computer hardware only, for the lifetime of the Product, under the following condition:

The Product fails to start (power on and complete initial startup sequence) due to a defect in Company-supplied hardware components.
If the Product meets this condition, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective hardware component(s) with functionally equivalent parts.
2. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, or decrease in performance over time.

Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, spills, or physical harm caused by the Customer or third parties.

Electrical damage caused by power surges, lightning, or unstable power supply.

Any issues resulting from self-upgrades, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

Peripherals such as keyboards, mice, monitors, printers, or other external devices.
-
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.) that does not affect basic functionality.
3. Limitations

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The Company is not responsible for data loss, software corruption, or recovery of software/applications. Customers are responsible for backing up their data.

Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent at Dreaming3D's discretion.

The Dreaming3D reserves the right to discontinue models or components, and will provide an equivalent solution if exact parts are no longer available.
4. Warranty Service Process
To obtain warranty service:

The Customer must contact the Company with proof of purchase.

The Dreaming3D will evaluate the claim and determine eligibility.

If approved, and the Customer is outside Southern California they must ship the Product or defective component to Dreaming3D (shipping costs may apply). Customers within Southern California can have the defective product service serviced at the original delivery address or picked up for repair.

The Dreaming3D will repair or replace and return the Product within 3-4 weeks.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Product. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Dreaming3D disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Dreaming3D is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or financial loss.
6. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Customer Acknowledgement:
By purchasing and retaining the Product, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Lifetime Computer Warranty.
