The tutoring program didn't come out of nowhere. It came out of thousands of repair conversations.

Online tutorials are great for broad concepts. They're poor at diagnosing why your specific print is failing on your specific machine with your specific filament. That's not a knock on YouTube — it's just a structural limitation of the medium.
One-on-one tutoring does something recorded content fundamentally cannot: it responds to what's actually in front of you. A session at Dreaming3D can start with you handing over a print that failed, and by the end of the hour you'll understand exactly what caused it and how to prevent it next time.
